Be safe..

I don't know why, I really felt for the deaths of the 5 dragonboaters who lost their lives during an accident in Cambodia.

Perhaps it's the reason that we are into water sports, and understand the danger of it.

It's a pity that their promising lives were just snuffed out like that. Through this island-wide report, I made a promise to myself that whenever I go scuba diving, I must really take good care of myself and the others.

I don't want to imagine what drowning feels like, because I know it's a terrible feeling.

On a side note, I just wanna apologise to my aunt for not able to attend an event which she had given me tickets. Sorry!

I finally found time to blog!

For the past 2 weeks, I have been REALLY REALLY BUSY. Tedious assignments with such a short deadlines, and redoing assignments for the THIRD TIME. That's why I didn't have the time to blog.

Despite my incredibly boring life which I abhors, there are still events which I would blog about..

AH BOON'S BELATED BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

A group of us, namely Jerry, Justin, Yingying, Jia Yi, Kok Wei and I went to celebrate his birthday..

We went to this particular steamboat shop which I've never been before. The food is still alright I guess..

There were many types of soup, so we decided to choose hot spicy soup and chicken broth soup.

Different soups in one container.

Kok Wei and Justin eating.

I really have to hand up to the both of them, because they really made the steamboat value for money. Their appetite is so good, that a juggernaut like me cannot be compared to them.

And the same goes for our metalbolic rates. Sigh...

We finished our meals soon after that, and a slice of cake was bought for Ah Boon as a miniature birthday cake, with one candle!

The cake..

Jerry, Boon and I!

Though it was just a simple meal, I do hope you like it, and I still would like to wish you a very very...

HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY BOON!

WANG CHUAN YI'S AUTOGRAPH SESSION

As a matter of fact, I have never deliberately been to any celebrities' autograph session except S.H.E's autograph session, to see my beloved Selina. (Ah, distracting me from blogging.)

But when we were celebrating Ah Boon's birthday while waiting for some latecomers, this particular event caught our eye.

My friend, Jia Yi kept screaming: "SO HANDSOME! SO HANDSOME!"

Do you know this guy?

I don't, until this autograph session.

Jia Yi then told me he is an Taiwanese actor in those love dramas, and is also a singer/member in the now-defunct Comic Boyz.

Poor me, because Jia Yi knew I brought along my camera, she FORCED me to take pictures of the Taiwanese.

His singing is pretty good, except that during his performance, he forgot some of the lyrics..

That's all about him..

CONTRACTED AN ILLNESS: URINARY TRACT INFECTION

Last Saturday night, when I urinate, I felt extreme discomfort, as if it was a burning sensation.

After that, guess what happened.

I HAD BLOOD IN MY URINE.

Yes people, you haven't heard me wrong. The colour was so red that I thought I urinated blood instead of urine.

Being the worried sort, I went to my trusty family doctor in Tampines, and deep inside his mind, he wanted to ask if I had sex.

But no, he asked nicely: "Do you have any girlfriend?"

He probably thought I might suffer from a sexually transmitted disease (STD).

I said no. But he still did an examination on my private region.

In the end, he gave me an injection which I felt painful in my left arm later, and antibiotics.

Thank god it wasn't anything serious. And thanks for those who cared.

Right, I'm going to end this post for now and I shall blog soon..

Photos permanently gone.

Just when I thought that my photos are safe in my thumbdrive, a bloody stupid worm infected my thumbdrive from my school, changing the format to .exe.

THE RESULT?

ALL OF THE THOUSANDS OF PHOTOS PERMANENTLY ERASED.

ALL MY MEMORIES GONE!

How great, now the only photos left are in my Friendster.

Gone.. all gone..

What do I look forward to?

This semester has been a killer for me. The projects are time-consuming, and never-ending. When we finally finish a project, another comes immediately, and there are some modules which I thought was insignificant.

I suddenly thought of how my Choir instructor Mr Francis Liew said to us a few years back which I will never forget. He said that sometimes when he spent so much time conducting people and having rehearsals, he felt it was insignificant compared to the world outside, and that he sometimes felt he should do something meaningful like helping devastated people instead of teaching people how to sing.

I sometimes share the same sentiments too.

I really feel like a fish out of water.

And I hate my current routine. I've been so busy, that even when I go out on Fridays, I know I still have some stupid assignments undone. It's impossible to finish everything.

I don't even look forward much to the holidays, because I'm 100% sure holidays aren't holidays because there would probaby assignments in the holidays too. Plus I'll probably be working for the 2 weeks, in order to save up money for the scuba diving again.

With so many things in hand, I realise that I have neglected the most, is my fishes in my aquarium. I have been neglecting it for months... I felt so guilty, that I think it's time to spend some time with them.

The only things I look forward to are going to scuba diving with best buddies, hanging out with friends etc.

Anyway, here are some photos:

I love the camera which took the pictures, because it made us look so good!

Titanic..

Ahh, Titanic is such a great movie!

I watched it yesterday, and it was so touching!

What was heart-wrenching was the scene when you see so many people froze to death when 1 boat came to see if there was any survivors.

Plus the AWESOME music of My Heart Will Go On, you just feel for the people.

And if I really had such a girl whom I deeply love, I believe I will die for her, in order for her to survive.

Ahh the power of love..

'O' and 'A' levels..

Was listening to radio, and realise that today is the final paper of 'O' levels. There were people who were wishing their friends all the best and it was time for holidays.

Thought of the days when I was taking my 'O' levels...

In a blink of an eye, it has been a year...

Anyway, so I guess for those who have finished taking their 'O' levels, it's time for your well-deserved break!

Whether you do well or not, it is another different matter, for you should enjoy these 3 months of holidays, before another journey to your life.

Another important note is to my friends, who are taking their 'A' levels paper now.. All the best and don't give up. There's like 3-5 more days left to go.. So finish up this lap!

Remember this.. WORK HARD, PLAY HARD!

Celebrating my birthday..

Celebrated my birthday 3 days ago, and despite just a simple meal, I felt touched and happy..

Though every single plan of my organising was changed, we landed in Seoul Garden..

I haven't been eating in Seoul Garden for a few years, and still it is terribly overpriced;

$28 per person.

I would rather pay more to eat in an international seafood buffet restaurant.

Anyway..

Food food! I feel hungry as I'm blogging this!

Finishing soon..

Pics..

Liang Zhi and I!

Xi Boon and I! We look like a couple in this picture!

Guan Jie and I! I'm glad he came!

Wei Chong, Jeremy, Jun Ping and Vincent and me on the top..

Xi Boon had to leave after that, because she had to go home early. So I sent her to the MRT station. After that, when I returned with Koon,

I HAD A BIG SURPRISE!

I had to walk this secluded stairs, and suddenly they all burst out singing a birthday song for me! Along came with it was a small little cake with a lit candle.

Super touched man! And they also smashed some of the cake on my face.

Thankfully, there wasn't any pimples the next day.

Thanks everyone, I was really touched!

And to those who gave me presents!

Zi Cai and I!

Thanks everyone for coming! Appreciates it and love ya all!

Celebrating Ying and my birthday..

Before I begin, I would like to thank every single one of you who came for the celebration of Ying and my birthday.. Thanks alot!

First, we watched The Game Plan.

I pretty much like The Game Plan, and both the main characters scores, but the main problem was the storyline. I thought it could be alot more touching in certain scenes, and expected more drama.

Still, this movie is good to watch.

Rating: 3.5/5.

After the movie..

A handful of them went home, while other friends joined in later..

So we went to Marina South to have steamboat.

This time was abit special, because we went to this particular steamboat centre which I never went before.

I love the atmosphere.

We had so much fun!

After eating, we talked and slacked.

And just when I thought we were to leave the venue, Samantha brought the cake towards us!

I had a big surprise, because I haven't been celebrating my birthdays with a birthday cake for the past few years.

The fruit cake.

Ying and I blowing the candles after making our wishes.

By then, it was raining heavily, but we continued to take pictures.

Me, Daphne and Ying!

Clarence and I!

Ying and I!

Me, Samantha and Ying!

Han Wen, me and Wei Chong!

Boon and I!

Gabriel and I!

Chu Xiang and I!

Thanks everyone!

Happy Birthday to me..

As of now on technical terms, I'm 18 years old.

I don't really look forward to it, probably because too many unpleasant things happened in this year.

Guess I'm already a year older, and with one year less to live.

My main wish for this year is to find happiness in my life. The reason why I'm alive is because of my dreams, friends and family. But I haven't found the beauty of life.

Still, I hope everyone will be well and healthy.

Oh, and Happy Birthday Joyce!

Thanks for the present.

Haven't been updating for a while, because I've been busy with school work. But anyway, I would like to thank Guan Jie, Jun Ping, Vincent and Jeremy for their present..

Jun Ping and Vincent even went to the foot of my block to build the model, and it took them 2 hours!

I really like this Gundam, and it will be displayed nicely in my room.

I decided to take some pictures, and see if I could get the best view of the toy model.

JUSTICE GUNDAM

Gundamn with his luminous sword. Awesome!

Mainly focusing on his shield and gun. I like the effects!

And this is my favourite picture..

I LOVE IT!
Thanks for the present again guys, I love it!
