It is a welfare home where needy kids are put into care, as well as delinquents who are declared Beyond Parental Control, and those who commit petty crimes.
Hopefully, these delinquents will change for the better, and be a better, wiser person in life and be useful to the society.

So that's all for the welfare home trip, one reason I don't want to blog much and put a lot of pictures is because the kids there cannot be photographed to protect their identities..
